Hey people there are only 152 more shopping days until Christmas! Don't know what to give your neighbors, friends, teachers? You know those people you care about but can't spend a lot of money on? This is the perfect gift for you. Cute, easy and inexpensive! It took me longer to gather my supplies than it did to actually make this thing. It was way easy and I think it turned out super cute, I mean what kid wouldn't want to use this to count the days until Santa pays them a visit. Parents can even use this as a motivational tool..."Billy, Santa will be here in 152 days so you better change your attitude." And to all my friends that look at my blog here's a sneak peak at your Christmas present, hope you like it!

What do you do when your baby is going to VBS for the first time and needs his own lunch bag? Why make a trip to the local dollar store and make over a plain lunch sack. A little paint, stenciling and a cute tag and you baby is ready to roll in style!

My friend John brought over some firewood so we could roast marshmallows the other day. Thank goodness we didn't roast those marshmallows, because then I wouldn't have this awesome American flag. This was the easiest craft just wood, paint and nails. The best part is the wood was already painted white. I even let the kiddos hammer in a few nails.
I went to the thrift store with $5 in my pocket and look what I found!

I have seen ribbon storage all over bloggy land and here is my take on it. It is made using an old peanut butter jar, scrapbook paper and spray paint. The little tag has a poem by William Carlos Williams. So easy, now we just need to use up 9 more jars of peanut butter and I will have a jar for each color!
